Before Your Session

QUESTIONNAIRE & DISCOVERY CALL

After we book your session on our calendar (date/time), you’ll receive our online Maternity Questionnaire link, to help us get to know you and your growing family better. As artists and storytellers, we want to create something that feels deeply personal. The more you share, your hopes, your values, what this season means to you, the more we can craft a session that truly reflects you. You will also receive a Prep Guide, which contains all you need to know for your Maternity Session.

Even though this is a mini session, we’ll be fully prepared to maximize our time together. During your Discovery Call (which is scheduled after we receive your questionnaire answers), we’ll talk about your questionnaire, your vision for the session, what matters most to you, and yes, what to wear too. That way, when you step into the studio, everything will feel familiar and comfortable.

The Session Itself

Let us make it easy, comfortable, and genuinely joyful. You deserve to be seen, felt, and remembered.

Just arrive at our Wellington studio and leave all the rest to us! We will talk beforehand about what to wear and what you want to get from your images. The Maternity Session is designed with you in mind: relaxed, stress-free, and all about capturing the love between you and your child. No rushing, no worrying about the weather, no scrambling to get it all perfect. We’ve got you!

After the Session

The week after your session, you’ll receive a private slideshow with 10–15 edited photos, so you can relive what we created together.

Your prize comes with the Basic Package: 2 digitals — No cost for you.

After watching your slideshow, you’ll have the chance to upgrade ONLY and IF you’d like:

Standard Package: 5 digitals + $150 print credit — Pay $150
Premium Package: All digitals + slideshow + $300 print credit — Pay $300

The best part? You only decide after seeing your photos. No pressure, no guessing, just choose what you truly love.

After that, you'll have a full week to select the specific digital files and print items you want to use to fill that collection... Zero pressure! What you're going to do with your images is perhaps the most important aspect to consider when you're planning for a photo session, but it's all too often the aspect that's overlooked... All that time and money invested deserve a better return than photos gathering dust on a hard drive somewhere. You'll never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will seeing them on your wall or flipping through the pages of an album. Below is a sample of some of the items you can choose from (and use your print credit):

MEMORY BOX

This is a beautiful photo display you can hold, share, and pass down as your child grows. The lid is customized with your name, and it comes with 5 matted professional prints.

These pocket-sized mini-albus are perfect for sharing with grandmothers, slipping into a bag, or at your desk.

POLICY AND TERMS

  • All pricing is subject to sales taxes.

  • Sessions are designed for immediate family only to ensure a focused and intimate experience.

  • Every image is hand-edited. Any additional retouching requests made after gallery delivery may incur extra fees.

  • To maintain a calm environment and stay on schedule, personal cameras and cell phones are not permitted during the session.
